Order by Mail: Click on the "Order Form" link at the right of this page and print on your home printer. Fill it out completely then mail it to me with a personal check or money order.
Order by Phone: This is a one woman operation so you won’t always catch me at home when you call. If I don’t answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please time your call for between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Delivery Time: While some items may be in stock and ready to ship, it is likely that your pieces will be made to order so shipping times will vary. Once all the items are made, I will usually ship within a week. Allow 6-8 weeks for items that are made to order. Please let me know if you are working with a particular date and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I will wait for your personal check or money order before starting customized work or shipping in stock items.
Variations in Handcrafted work: Because every piece is individually hand thrown and decorated, slight variations in size, shape, color and decoration should be expected.
Gift Enclosures: If I am shipping your order to someone as a gift, I can include a personalized card with your name, or you can send me a card to include in the box.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: I want you to be happy with your pottery. If you are not satisfied, let me know and you can return the unused items within 30 days for a refund or replacement (your choice.)
Your Privacy: I never give, trade or sell any information from my customer list to anyone.
